How it works

Tell us how you travel.
Your priorities, ranked — and the things you never want to see again.

We check what is actually open.
Every venue cross-referenced against current data, then stamped with the date we looked.

Nothing reaches the page on a guess.
Hours, closures, the real walk between two doors — confirmed, then written down.

A designed document, not a list of links.
Hour by hour, with the booking deadlines and door-to-door timing. Yours the next morning.
See a real itinerary.
Two days from a real ten-day Rome, Amalfi & Florence anniversary we delivered — photographed and mapped, with the booking deadlines and door-to-door timing. Not a sample we mocked up.

What we promise
Every place in your itinerary is researched, not guessed. We cross-check each hotel, restaurant, and stop against multiple review sources and recent traveler video, and we note the date we did it — so you're seeing each place as it is now, not as it was years ago.
We say researched, not booked. We don't hold reservations or guarantee availability; every recommendation comes with how to book it and how far ahead to do so.
When we can't confirm something, we say so. Anything we couldn't stand behind is marked — no false confidence.
If a recommendation misses — a place has closed or changed by the time you travel — tell us any time from delivery through the end of your trip, and we'll re-research that stop and send you a vetted replacement, at no charge.
We're paid by you, not by them.
An AI travel planner with a researcher's discipline.
Itinerist is what you get when you pay someone to plan your trip properly. You answer a short intake; we build your custom travel itinerary hour by hour, check every place against current data, stamp the date we looked, and hand you a finished document.
A personal travel planner charges $2,000 and up for that work and takes weeks. A free chatbot does it in seconds and checks nothing. This is the same discipline, for a flat per-trip price, by tomorrow morning.
What it costs
- Single City$19One destination, planned end to end.
- Signature$49Two or three destinations, sequenced and connected.
- Grand$79Four or more destinations, planned as one journey.
A human travel designer charges $2,000–$20,000. The same discipline, with this decade's tools.
